    *******Attention: This course is NOT online. It will be held in person in the Central Services Building (CSB) building Room 191. ******* A state agency employee must complete the Basic Texas Purchaser Course to engage in purchasing functions on behalf of a state agency if the employee has the job title of purchaser; performs purchasing activities as fifteen percent (15%) or more of their job activities; or makes a purchase in excess of $10,000. This course does not count toward renewal hours.
