This training reviews enhanced contract monitoring standards and methods in Texas. Per 34 TAC § 20.166, this training is required for those contract managers whose agencies are designated by the State Auditor’s Office as requiring additional monitoring during the contract management and termination phase of the procurement process.

The Statewide Procurement Division is offering an in-depth training of the Vendor Performance Tracking System (VPTS) including the role of VPTS, reporting requirements, the impact of VPTS on the procurement cycle, and basic system access and use.
